In our Equity Management division, we specialize in managing company investments and structuring exclusive investments in the area of alternative investments – with a special focus on renewable energies – for institutional investors. 

Our clients can benefit from our special knowhow in the renewable energy and cleantech sector which we are constantly deepening through our management of the renewable energy investment company CEE (Conetwork Erneuerbare Energien GmbH & Co KGaA).

We have raised over 100 million euros in equity capital for Conetwork Erneuerbare Energien Management GmbH, which is invested in a sustainable and diversified manner in the renewable energy and cleantech sector in the form of majority or minority and mezzanine investments. The investors – amongst others Bankhaus Lampe KG, Lampe Corporate Finance GmbH, the Oetker family, insurance companies, pension funds, a fund of funds and a major public utility company – aim for a long-term participation in the renewable energy and cleantech growth markets.
