We have bundled our extensive expertise in the renewable energy sector in the newly founded subsidiary Conetwork Erneuerbare Energien Management GmbH. Our clients can thus benefit from our long-standing experience in the fields of renewable energy / cleantech, private equity and mezzanine investments, private equity management and financial engineering. Moreover, the subsidiary is personally liable and managing partner of Conetwork Erneuerbare Energien Holding GmbH & Co. KGaA.
Advisory Services
Our knowledge in private equity, mezzanine and project finance enhances the quality of our advisory services and covers all aspects of investment management, encompassing deal sourcing and screening, due diligence and contract negotiations until signing of a purchase agreement. During the investment phase we assist our clients in purposeful monitoring / controlling of the investment and the implementation of a specific value maximization strategy up to realizing returns through a sale / exit.
Investments
We have raised over € 100 million of equity which is invested by Conetwork Erneuerbare Energien Management GmbH in a sustainable and diversified way in the renewable energy and cleantech sector in form of majority or minority and mezzanine investments. The investors – amongst others Bankhaus Lampe KG, Lampe Corporate Finance GmbH, the Oetker family, insurance companies, pension funds, a fund of funds and an important public utility company – aim for a long-term participation in the renewable energy and cleantech growth markets.
