With almost 30 years of market experience, Lampe Corporate Finance is one of the oldest and most successful German corporate finance advisory firms. We have a long tradition of success with roots going back to our predecessor companies Krüger & Uhen and Conetwork, which were acquired by Bankhaus Lampe in the years 2000 and 2006.

 

Over 300 successfully concluded M&A transactions and over 30 structured and actively managed investments in companies and alternative assets make us a strong and experienced partner for our clients, consisting of family-owned businesses, large corporations as well as financial and institutional investors.

In our Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Finance division we advise our clients on the disposal of companies, the realization of external growth strategies and debt advisory. In our Equity Management division we specialize in managing company investments and structuring exclusive investments in the area of alternative investments - with a special focus on renewable energies - for institutional investors.
